Our Vision
V-Campus was founded in 2003 by individuals who believe that education should follow certain principles:
In pursuit of these goals, V-Campus, together with Stanford University's Education Program for Gifted Youth (EPGY), organizes the Honors Academies every summer holiday.
- The instructor as a facilitator and guide, and never teaching material by rote
- Students should interact with their instructors and peers, and that such interaction is integral to the learning process
- Whatever is taught must be connected to real life examples or applications so as to increase relevance
- Stretching of academic horizons as a means to increase students' interest in the subject matter
